A Night Auditor at Home2 Suites by Hilton is responsible for overseeing the hotel's overnight operations while completing the daily financial audit. The position combines front desk, guest services, security, and accounting responsibilities.
Typical Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests during the overnight shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Perform the night audit, balancing the hotel's daily financial transactions and ensuring records are accurate.
  • Review and reconcile room charges, payments, deposits, and other transactions.
  • Prepare daily reports for management and ensure the hotel's systems are properly updated.
