Job responsibilities : 

Night Auditor Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent night auditor to join our hotel staff. You will be responsible for bookkeeping and keeping financial records up-to-date, as well as checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift.

*NOTE - The interview is in-person only. No virtual hirings.

To be successful as a night auditor, you should have excellent attention to detail, financial savvy, and a strong aptitude for customer service. Top candidates will be able to manage their time wisely, in order to properly prioritize their various duties.

Night Auditor Responsibilities:

1. Keeping hotel financial records in order.

2. Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.

3. Preparing and distributing employee checks.

4. Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.

5. Checking guests in and out of the hotel.

6. Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.

7. Answering the phone and making reservations.

8. Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.

9. Following End of Day procedures.

Job Qualification : 

Night Auditor Requirements:

1. High school diploma.

2. Past experience in customer service or hospitality.

3. Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.

4. Proficiency with computers.

5. Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.

6. Good organizational and time-management skills.

7. Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.

8. Strong aptitude for customer service.
