The Position: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team in Anaheim. This is a key leadership role, managing audit engagements from planning to completion while mentoring staff and building trusted client relationships. You’ll work closely with partners and senior leadership, ensuring the highest quality standards and technical accuracy across all engagements. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with project managers and design leads to develop and document multi-family housing projects from design development through construction
  • Prepare detailed construction documents using Revit, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with codes and standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for multiple phases of work
  • Conduct quality control reviews and assist in maintaining drawing consistency and standards
  • Participate in design reviews and construction administration support
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative studio culture


What You Need (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural production with a focus on multi-family and mixed-use projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required) and working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction documentation
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and managing drawing sets for Type I and Type V construction
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Architectural licensure in progress or recently obtained preferred
