● Proactively maintain all installed corporate AV event systems ● Administer an event projects pipeline by assessing incoming requests ● Develop technical game plans and the ROS for internal corporate events ● Provide the technical direction/operation as needed on-site or remotely ● Contribute in the development of future corporate AV event systems ● Contribute in the development and refining of the Event Support service ● Manage and execute projects as assigned ● Document variances in event operations and escalate to AV engineers as appropriate Additional Information: We are looking for a candidate that understands both realms: AV events and AV Maintenance (for fully installed, corporate AV systems). We provide event tech consultation to event organizers to save time, pressure, and money. This role relies heavily on your project management skills where you will be responsible for monitoring global requests, processing your own pipeline, advising on and developing multiple ROS - as well as - provide the hands-on AV tech operation and system maintenance as needed. This work is largely tied to efforts by the broader AV Team where forward/out-of-box thinking is encouraged on top of the operational efficiency required day-to-day. Additional Information: Work Environment: Fast pace, can be high stress but at a casual 'tech environment' Who is the Internal/External Customer: Internal Customers - Salesforce employees hosting events External Customers - A/V Vendors Impact to the Internal/External Customer: Internal - assisting plan and build A/V events External - smooth event planning Business Challenge: Salesforce is a fast-paced environment that will require candidates to both evaluate/plan events and then run the A/V during the event. EVP: Ability to join an enterprise A/V Event team and learn corporate A/V Support. Ability to grow into other teams down the road at Salesforce. Non-Technical Skills: Solid candidates would be confident, knowledgeable, proactive, organized, with great communication and writing skills. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.00/hr.
