What You’ll Do

As an A/V Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Installing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.

  • Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.

  • Installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling (CAT5/6, fiber, coax) and systems like security, access control, and A/V

  • Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients.

  • Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.

  • Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote.

  • A track record of successful integration and installation support.

  • Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.

  • A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Valid driver’s license.
