TITLE: Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator
LOCATION: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio
HOURS:
  • Monday through Friday
  • Standard hours: 07:30 - 16:30
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required
  • Work schedules will not exceed 40 hours per week

SUMMARY:
The Audio/Visual Specialist shall provide qualified personnel to support the Advanced Informational Multimedia Services (AIMS) Studio within the Education Delivery Division, Academic Development Branch (USAFSAM/EDMS). This position will support multimedia production, audio/visual operations, instructional technology, and digital design initiatives in support of military medical education and training operations.
This effort supports the 711th Human Performance Wing and United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Audio/Visual Specialist will support multimedia production, educational technology, video editing, photography, classroom AV support, and post-production services for USAFSAM educational programs and marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media, Video Broadcast, or related field OR
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional Audio/Visual Technology experience
  • Experience in professional video production and post-production environments
  • Experience developing eLearning packages for Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency with:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Audition
  • Photoshop
  • After Effects
  • Illustrator
  • Captivate
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage projects independently and within teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
  • Tricaster® systems
  • Broadcast production
  • Educational theory
  • Familiarity with DoD branding and communication standards
  • Experience working within military environments and understanding military rank structure

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Edit and produce multimedia projects and instructional media
  • Create video, audio, photography, and marketing content
  • Perform post-production editing including:
  • Color correction
  • Audio enhancement
  • Compression and formatting
  • Support classroom and educational technology systems
  • Provide AV consultation and training to instructors and staff
  • Assist with multimedia equipment inventory and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts
  • Support branding and strategic communications initiatives

Security Requirements
  • Tier 1 Background Investigation (T1/SF85) required
  • Must be eligible for access to government systems and facilities
  • No foreign nationals without prior Government approval
  • Compliance with OPSEC and DoD security requirements mandatory

Additional Requirements
  • Contractor employees must maintain professionalism, integrity, initiative, and organizational effectiveness
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required
  • Compliance with all applicable Air Force, DoD, HIPAA, cybersecurity, and operational security policies required
