Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; schedule varies


Job Summary: The Audio Visual Technician II provides technical support and installs all instructional facilities on campus. Installs and maintains all presentation classrooms, conference rooms, digital signage systems, conferencing systems, and Emergency P.A. systems. Monitors and responds to calls to the help desk. May provide guidance and train entry-level Audio Visual Technicians.


Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of audio visual technical support experience; OR associates degree or higher and some audio visual technical support experience.


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Experience with audio editing and CD generation software. Must be available to work varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.


Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of acoustical requirements and stage lighting.
