Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on A/V hardware, control systems, and signal issues.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the F&B Director, including meetings and training.
  • Uphold standard operating procedures and processes for A/V team.
  • Provide in-house support to other departments and interface with the IT Department.
  • Maintain AV support database for both conference center and Keystone lodge including assistance with billing of groups.
  • Passion to proactively seek solutions customers confident in our abilities and solutions.
  • Such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time
  • Entrepreneurship, sense of urgency: react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a role with A/V installation responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong  organization and Team Leadership skills
  • Ability to set up audio and/or video installations from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of A/V and Lighting needs for groups of varying size.
  • Ability to identify group needs and proven guest service.
  • Proven attention to details and follow-up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to show good judgment.
  • Ability to drive company vehicle (Must have valid driver's license)

The expected pay range is $22.32/hr - $30.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
