Job description

Soni is partners with a leading global law firm on a Legal Recruiting Coordinator role. This position supports the lateral attorney hiring process for a leading global law firm, helping to coordinate recruiting activities from candidate outreach through interviews and onboarding logistics. The position serves as a key liaison among candidates, attorneys, search firms, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for lateral attorney and partner candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications and serve as a point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute candidate materials, including resumes, biographies, and business plans.
  • Partner with attorneys, interview teams, and search firms to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
  • Maintain recruiting databases, applicant tracking systems, and reporting tools to track hiring activity.
  • Handle meeting arrangements, hospitality logistics, and other operational aspects of the candidate experience while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
