Real Estate Litigation Attorney's 
Remote Options: Onsite only 
Hiring Targets: 4 Litigation Attorneys (3+, 5+, 10+, and 20+ years of experience) 
 
 
 
Client is New York’s leading boutique real estate law firm, exclusively practicing real estate law and delivering landmark results across litigation, transactions, and legislative advocacy.

With ongoing expansion, we’re seeking high-performing litigators who are passionate about trial work and ready to play a key role in complex, high-impact real estate cases. 
 
 
Role Overview 
We are hiring four experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our Litigation Practice Group. Roles are open at multiple seniority levels, from 3+ to 20+ years. You will handle real estate litigation from start to finish, including pre-trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances in both New York State Supreme Court and federal court. 
 
 
What You’ll Do 
    • Draft and argue motions in state and federal court 
    • Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice 
    • Prepare initial pleadings and legal briefs 
    • Manage matters from intake to trial and appeal (when applicable) 
    • Interface directly with clients and help shape legal strategy 
    • Collaborate with award-winning litigators on complex real estate disputes 
 
 
Must Have 
    • JD and active admission to the New York Bar 
    • Extensive litigation experience (3+ to 20+ years, depending on role) 
    • Ability to independently manage litigation from pleadings to trial 
    • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills 
    • Courtroom confidence, including oral argument experience 
 
 
Preferred 
    • Appellate litigation experience 
    • Deep exposure to real estate litigation: landlord-tenant, co-op/condo, title, commercial 
    • Prior experience in a high-performance, boutique, or trial-focused law firm 
 
 
Compensation 
    • Base Salary Ranges: 
      • 3+ years: ~$150,000 – $170,000 
      • 5+ years: ~$180,000 – $225,000 
      • 10+ years: ~$150,000 – $250,000 
      • 20+ years: ~$215,000 – $250,000 
    • Revenue Sharing Model: 
      • One-third of collected revenue on billed hours 
      • 20% bonus for introducing new clients 
      • No minimum billable requirements; uncapped earning potential 
    • Business Development Bonuses: 
      • Additional participation bonuses on all new business originated
