Job Summary
Work Schedule: Hybrid Position, one onsite day will be required. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Time and Attendance Analyst will work closely with IT staff to support Kronos with any system changes, issues or upgrades. This position also works with IT and HR Comp/HRIS on new or changes to existing pay practices. This position verifies payroll practices as they are updated by Human Resources and keeps all users - updated on any changes. The Time and Attendance Analyst perform troubleshooting during the payroll process. The Time and Attendance Analyst assist in training all new timekeepers and managers. This position performs special research and creates reports requested by VPs and Department Managers. This position is responsible for assisting in the processing of the bi-weekly payroll.
