Job Title:
Workday Time & Attendance Analyst
Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to join our dynamic team and support client-side activities related to Workday Time & Attendance. This is a business-focused role, responsible for gathering requirements, defining system specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Time & Attendance solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Workday Time & Attendance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements. This role does not involve system configuration and will be primarily remote, with occasional travel around the U.S. as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Workday Time & Attendance.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with Workday capabilities.
  • Define and communicate system specifications to technical teams and implementation partners.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support testing and validation of Workday Time & Attendance functionalities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Time & Attendance best practices.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
  • Ensure strong communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts related to Time & Attendance processes.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday Time & Attendance.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
  • Workday certification
  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to align with U.S. Central Time Zone
  • Availability for occasional travel around the U.S. as required.
