RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Bilingual Data Analyst I, in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Candidates must be local to CO.
Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Data Analyst I to support a telecom client's Customer Experience team, working closely with Data Scientists on AI model validation and data processing. This role involves manual data labeling, model output validation, dashboard creation, and ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Data Analyst will perform manual labeling of data to support AI model training
* Validate AI model outputs, ensuring accuracy and identifying gaps
* Analyze call transcriptions and compare them against model predictions
* Extract and prepare data from various sources using SQL
* Bring data into a centralized environment for analytics and model training
* As a Data Analyst, you will create and maintain Power BI dashboards, publishing and sharing insights
* Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
* Document findings, model validation results, and processes using JIRA
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years as a Data Scientist or similar
* Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
* Python skills for data processing and validation tasks
* Experience in data validation to assess model performance and accuracy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Databricks for data processing
* Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization
* Exposure to LLM models and GPT-based AI solutions
* Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure or AWS
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
