AT&T provides professional services to the officeof the Marine Corps' Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations & Logistics (I&L), Logistics Plans, Policies and Strategic Mobility. Work includes Strategic Communications Management, Logistics Innovation & Advocacy, IT Portfolio Management, Data Management, Analytics, Program Management and other related services in order to improve and enhance the lethality of the Marine Air/Ground Task Force (MAGTF) through logistics speed, agility, and flexibility.

AT&T has an opening for an AI Research Scientist to support DoD and federal defense customers by advancing AI algorithms, developing innovative models, and applying cutting-edge research to solve complex mission-critical challenges in a secure government environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducts research to advance AI algorithms, techniques, and methodologies
  • Develops algorithms and models for solving complex AI problems, such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or robotics
  • Designs experiments, collects and analyzes data, and develops prototypes to test new ideas and theories
  • Explores new approaches, refines existing techniques, and optimizes algorithms for performance and scalability
  • Stays up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and incorporates new techniques into ongoing project

  • Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
  • Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the level required by the task order. Employment is contingent upon award of task order and successful completion of the security clearance process and continued eligibility throughout the course of employment.
