ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2006 and is a small, close-knit team of three who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Account Manager with AT&T, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
I’m a family man with three kids, and when I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with them. I’m also very involved with my children’s schools, staying active in the community and supporting local activities whenever I can.
We offer a flexible, family-oriented environment where team members feel supported and valued. Our perks include free snacks and drinks, team-building events, and team outings. We also provide a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing reimbursement to help support both personal and professional growth.
Our office culture is positive, dependable, and team-focused. As a small group, we rely on each other and work closely together each day. We’re looking for someone who is a go-getter, a true team player, and brings a positive, driven attitude to the role. If you’re dependable and want to be part of a supportive, close-knit team, this could be a great fit for you.
