 Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Desk team as a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Regency Houston located in downtown. As a Front Office Agent, you are the first and last impression our guests have during their stay. In this highly visible and guest-facing role, you will greet guests with warmth, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and serve as a key source of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Your welcoming presence and attention to detail directly shape the guest experience, creating moments of connection and exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome guests and complete the registration process with accuracy and professionalism
  • Communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local recommendations
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and handle guest requests efficiently
