Summary: Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified ATRRS Administration Analyst to support the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 mission at Fort Benning, GA. The G-3 organization encompasses multi-functional services, with numerous locations across Fort Benning

Critical G-3 functions include: Management: Installation Training Management/Centralized Taskings Planning and scheduling: Air Operations; Ceremonies and special events; Staff Inspection Program; Long Range Planning Calendar and the Digital Training Management System. Other Support: Strategic Analysis Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Will assist the government in administration of the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). Will train MCoE users at division, brigade, battalion, and company levels on various ATRRS functions related to IET.

Will trouble-shoot and resolve issues encountered by MCoE users interfacing with ATRRS. Will prepare correspondence, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, digital media, and tables as required depicting ATRRS data.Required Qualifications: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work cooperatively with military / civilian workforce

Working knowledge / understanding of military protocol / chain of command. Must have and maintain access to the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) at the start of this task. Must be knowledgeable in the various screens and functions in ATRRS to locate data necessary to perform the duties of this task.

Former Senior NCO or Officer with similar experience as outlined in this announcement is preferred.
