Performance Responsibilities:
  • Assumes all responsibility for all functions related to athletic operations (schedules, budget, ordering, hiring, game management, transportation, etc)
  • Facilitate collaboration among athletic coaches and buildings including administration
  • Assists building administration in maintaining proper student conduct and student discipline
  • Supervises the daily use of school facilities for both academic and athletic purposes
  • Serve on the administrative team, weigh in on key decisions and help set the future vision of the district
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with staff and community
