Desert Ridge Family Physicians is seeking a reliable, experienced, service focused individual to assist in medical front office duties. Responsibilities include answering high volume phones, computerized scheduling with Athena EHR, patient check in, insurance verification, and general customer service. Qualified applicant must be friendly, professional, reliable and a team player. Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and must have working knowledge of computers. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Applicants must have medical office experience. Front Office Experience with family practice is a plus.

Position is full time, Monday through Friday, with start times varying between 7:00 – 8:15 a.m., and ending times between 4:30 & 5:05pm. Desert Ridge Family Physicians is located at in Northeast Phoenix at Tatum/Loop 101. Applicant must be able to type well, have excellent phone etiquette and must be experienced with computers. Knowledge of Athenahealth EHR is a plus.
