Job description

Job Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Peoria, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Environment: Clinical setting – outpatient primary care

Travel Required: No

Salary / Hourly Rate: $230k - $260k / year

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid medical license to practice in Arizona
  • Open to J1/H1 Visas
