- Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, and guidance to the revenue cycle team.
- Support the effective use of EHR and billing technology, with Athena EHR experience preferred.
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- 5-10 years of medical billing experience.
- Physician revenue experience is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate revenue cycle performance.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership abilities.
- Experience communicating directly with physicians regarding billing processes and revenue cycle matters.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing and physician revenue cycle operations.
- Athena EHR experience is preferred.
