Key Responsibilities:

-Successfully leading on shift

-Taking ownership over your area of the business

-Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts

-Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast service

-Execution of systems that ensure a clean environment

-Proactive thinking to anticipate the needs of the guests

-Proactive thinking with team member responsibilities

-Working with other leaders to coach Team Members on best practices and Chick-fil-A standards

We have an amazing leadership team in place that we're wanting to add to. We are looking for someone who can help lead our business in a high capacity; someone that provides a culture of hospitality and hard work and has a mind to serve others first. You must have good character and be able to work with other leaders well. You must have a teachable persona, and must also be able to coach team members when necessary.

You will start as a team member (In title, not pay/benefits!) and move up into a leadership positions (Title) as you gain experience. Some restaurants call them Team Leaders or Shift Leaders, others call them Assistant Managers. Some restaurants use the term General Manager, others use Director or Executive Director.

*Salary range is based on 50 hour work weeks and includes the total benefit package-Insurance, 401K, Uniform Allowance, Leadership Development, Meals. We pay hourly wages, not salary.*
