Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an I&T Engineer for a position based in Moorestown, NJ. The role requires flexibility for non-standard work shifts and availability for domestic and international travel as dictated by program needs. This position involves working with complex software and hardware systems within a specialized environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a STEM field is required.
  • Education and experience requirements can be met through the following combinations:
  • BS Degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of military-related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • An Associate's Degree with equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Navy ship and crew environments, including structure, tasking, communications, and relations.
  • Familiarity with Navy ship test approaches, sequences, milestones, and processes.
  • Knowledge of the Aegis Combat System.
  • Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of the design, continuous integration, and validation of software and hardware system-level components.
  • Experience with government contracts.
  • Understanding of the technical process for testing complex software systems.
