St. Luke's Virtual Care Center is in the heart of downtown Boise, surrounded by skiable mountains and raftable rivers. St. Luke's Hospital at Home exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. The team-based model of care enables patients in their homes to have access to specialty resources, when and where they are needed.

What you can expect from this role
  • Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and speciality technicians
  • Hospital at Home support is available 24/7
  • Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care
  • Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential
  • Hospital at Home has onsight provider available 24/7
  • RN/patient ratio of 6:1
  • On site position in high tech facility; this is NOT A REMOTE POSITION
  • Part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity, night shift, 2x12-hour shifts/week, rotating weekends/holidays.
  • Certification pay available

Qualifications
  • Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
  • Experience: 3+ year RN Experience in acute care
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
