Student Loan Reimbursement: $3,000 annually after 90 days of employment

Role Overview

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in their condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
