Join Our Skilled Nursing Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

We are excited to announce that our organization, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home 2026’, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team.

Compensation

Pay Range: $40-$46/hr, based on experience.

Available Schedules
  • Full-time Days: 6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday
  • Full-time Nights: 6pm-6am, Saturday-Monday
  • Full-time Nights: 6pm-6am, Thursday-Saturday
  • Part-time Evenings: 6pm-10pm
Key Responsibilities

As an RN, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily tasks may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to engage in daily activities.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A valid RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
