BrightStar Care of Lubbock is hiring Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. This role allows you to focus on one patient at a time while building a consistent relationship with the child and family.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in the home
  • Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care
  • Monitor the patient and provide care based on their needs
  • Assist with daily care routines and maintain patient comfort and safety

Pay & Schedule

  • $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
  • Weekly pay

What You’ll Need

  • Active, unrestricted Texas RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Pediatric, private duty, or home health experience preferred, but not required

  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
