We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on F/Sat/Sun (12 hour) day shifts or F/Sat/Sun/Mon (10 hour) day shifts.

Position Summary

The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care.
