Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Lebanon, NH. If you're passionate about hands-on technical problem-solving and want to make a direct impact on the aerospace industry, this is your opportunity to soar. What You'll Do: Lead and guide technical activities for our production line, ensuring excellence every step of the way.

Train team members on production processes, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation to promote knowledge-sharing and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and documentation challenges with persistence and creativity. Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), collaborate with Process and Product Engineers, and ensure timely disposition.

Identify and flag supporting tools that require calibration, compliance updates, or other improvements. Assist with root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives for our products and processes. Play a key role in new product and process introductions, helping us stay at the forefront of aerospace innovation.

What You Bring: Strong preference will be given to a candidate with an Associate's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience overseeing and continually improving manufacturing processes. Experience teaching and communicating technical material effectively to peers and team members.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven mindset. Proficiency with computers and ERP systems-and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
