Job description

  • Write and publish editorial projects for internal and external use, including articles/blog posts, case studies, web content, video scripts, award submissions, and enablement content
  • Interview internal and external stakeholders to uncover stories and manage reviews and approvals
  • Manage editorial projects from start to finish, aligning team resources and following DPR’s content development and approval process
  • Optimize content reuse and distribution across multiple channels and maintain content libraries
  • Oversee freelance writers, providing editorial and style guidance and reviewing content for brand alignment and deadlines
  • Promote leading practices in content development and management
  • Optimize content and tone of voice for different platforms and channels
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on audience behavior and data-driven insights
  • Champion brand standards, inclusive language, and accessibility standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, digital communications, or a related field required
  • Relevant work portfolio required
  • Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, professional services, or a related field preferred
