Job description

South Florida commercial general contractor is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Construction Assistant Project Manager. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following :

  • Assist with the bidding process.
  • Distribution of drawings to subcontractors.
  • Collecting/submitting all shop drawings and product approvals.
  • Organizing permit packages, product approvals, etc. with the municipalities.
  • Maintain records/logs for all RFI’s and submittals.
  • Maintain/update a working set of drawings for the office and field use.
  • Assembly of all close-out books including final as-built drawings and warranties.
