In this role, you will help develop production plans, routings, tooling requirements, bills of material, and process instructions that balance customer needs, shop floor capabilities, quality expectations, and competitive cost targets. • Ability to balance quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturability.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and shop floor teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity to build your technical career while making a direct impact on product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer success.
