Performance Automotive Network is looking for a creative, skilled videographer and video editor who shares a passion for content creation and photography and has a strong understanding of modern social media strategies. As an integral member of our Digital Marketing Team, you will oversee the production of high-quality, organic video and visual content to improve our multiple-rooftop automotive platform. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Director and store managers, you will be the driving visual force behind our brand's online presence.


We are seeking a self-sufficient, enterprising team player who anticipates the company's growing needs. You should bring a passion for producing extensive, compelling video content while constantly exploring new ways to expand our audience and deliver a stellar online user experience.


Compensation | $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Annually 


Work Schedule:

  • Availability Monday Through Friday During Business Hours
  • flexibility to adjust days and hours worked as needed for events or special projects.

Requirements

Essential Job Duties:

  • Visual Storytelling: Plan, prioritize, and create unique video content for dealership social media platforms, website landing pages, and television commercials.
  • Production & Editing: Transport, set up, and operate cameras, audio, and lighting equipment at our dealerships and/or remote locations.
  • Post-Production: Create and incorporate motion graphics and on-screen titles using Adobe or comparable software.
  • Social Media Management: Post and maximize content across key channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Innovation: Stay connected to progressing social media platforms, user experiences, and technological advances, proactively recommending new production methods.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Maintain a steady production calendar and collaborate among departments to manage communication and coordination.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with automotive product knowledge, finance options, servicing plans, and industry patterns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years of commercial videography experience is required. Previous experience in high-volume automotive or retail digital marketing is a strong plus.
  • Education: An Associate degree in film, videography, or communications (or equivalent experience) is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Technical Capability: Full working knowledge of production equipment. You must be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, NLEs, motion graphics, and audio software.
  • Workflow Mastery: Working knowledge of video production, from concept through delivery, is required. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows is preferred.
  • Work Ethic: You must be an energetic self-starter capable of managing priorities without day-to-day direction.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You must possess exemplary organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and inspire respect across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and maintain accuracy under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a clean driving record, carry valid car insurance, and be insurable.
