Job description

Responsibilities
As an ETL Developer IV, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining software applications for a Federal Law Enforcement customer. You will utilize your expertise in data analysis, data query, data aggregation, data visualization, and software development to implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions that enable cyber professionals to effectively analyze case data and advance investigations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop ETL mappings to extract data from source systems, transform data based on business requirements, and load into target systems
  • Conduct performance tuning of mappings to ensure data is processed efficiently
  • Work across multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment)
  • Write complex statements, scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and views
  • Implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions
  • Apply data warehousing and reporting platform concepts and drive best practices
  • Support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's OR Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR Associate degree with 13 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 16 years of experience,
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concept
  • Data analysis, query, aggregation, and visualization techniques
  • ETL processes and data transformation
  • SQL and database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL)

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
