Order Picker/Packer – 2nd Shift

Chesterfield, VA | $17.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

We're hiring reliable Order Picker/Packers to join a growing warehouse team in Chesterfield, VA. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that offers a strong chance to roll over to a permanent position for dependable performers.

Requirements

  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves/bins based on order tickets or RF scanner instructions
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging
  • Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and item numbers
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet daily production and accuracy goals
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisor
  • Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
