Job Summary

Global Cleaning Services Corp. is looking for a dependable and organized Supply and Inventory Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role combines office administration, order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and light hands-on tasks.

You'll begin each morning by reviewing supply orders submitted by our field supervisors, entering orders into QuickBooks, preparing invoices and delivery paperwork, and coordinating with our delivery driver to ensure cleaning supplies reach job sites on time. You'll also answer incoming phone calls, maintain inventory records, and assist with a variety of day-to-day operational needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping support both the office and field teams.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7am-12pm

What You'll Do
  • Review incoming supply orders from field supervisors.
  • Enter customer orders into QuickBooks.
  • Prepare invoices, packing slips, and delivery paperwork.
  • Coordinate daily deliveries with the company driver.
  • Verify completed deliveries and update invoices once orders have been fulfilled.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Maintain inventory records and help keep stock organized.
  • Order cleaning supplies and warehouse materials as needed.
  • Receive shipments and restock inventory.
  • Keep the office and warehouse organized and running efficiently.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or operations experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. If you're naturally handy, that's a big plus!

Helpful experience includes:

  • Performing minor repairs on cleaning equipment such as vacuums.
  • Basic maintenance such as replacing headlights, windshield wipers, batteries, or other simple repairs.
  • Assembling shelving, equipment, or office furniture.
  • Troubleshooting small equipment issues before sending them out for repair.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move inventory as needed.
  • Comfortable working in both an office and small warehouse environment.
