How You'll Make an Impact
You'll be the go-to technology expert for both customers and employees at Audi Orange Park.
  • Conduct comprehensive technology orientations during vehicle deliveries.
  • Explain infotainment, personalization, connectivity, and advanced driver-assistance features.
  • Complete Audi connect registration, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete Delivery Plus requirements and ensure Audi delivery standards are met.
  • Conduct second deliveries for customers who want additional assistance after taking their vehicle home.
  • Assist customers with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, myAudi, navigation, key-user setup, and connected services.
  • Answer technology questions from existing Audi customers.
  • Stay current on new Audi models, software updates, technology, and product features.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless, memorable delivery experience.
  • Train and support Sales Associates on Audi technology and vehicle features.
  • Become the person everyone turns to when they need an Audi technology answer.
