The Sr. Product Associate, Card Pricing will manage and refine pricing capabilities for credit cards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
• Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
• Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and design
• Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
• Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
• Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset
