  • Systems Integration & Test Event Support: Assist with testing, deploying, and sustaining IDT software and Navy combat systems within virtualized environments. Support land-based and at-sea test events in the U.S. and internationally through system setup, validation, and operational support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical personnel across multiple organizations—including engineers, operators, and customer teams—to support integrated system operations and resolve technical issues in a team-based environment.
  • Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, design references, and standard operating procedures that support system operation, sustainment, and customer use.
  • End-User Training & Technical Support: Provide end-user training and hands-on technical support to customers to ensure effective system operation and basic troubleshooting of deployed infrastructure.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency: Contribute to developing technical solutions, workflows, and process improvements that enhance system reliability, streamline deployments, and improve overall team efficiency in supporting customer missions.

Who You Are (Required):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise computing environments or equivalent full-time professional experience.
