Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Durham.

Work Address: 10 Moore Drive, Durham, NC. This is an onsite Hybrid position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Platform Management
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related applications.

  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security settings, and Salesforce Flows.

  • Manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models.

  • Monitor platform performance, system health, platform utilization, licensing, and data quality.

  • Support Salesforce release management, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.

  • Configure and promote changes utilizing Copado and established DevOps procedures.

Business Process Optimization
  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to identify and implement Salesforce solutions.

  • Support sales process improvements including territory management, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Design and implement workflow automation utilizing Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement platform enhancements and third-party applications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and improve data accuracy.

Data Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain data governance standards and platform administration best practices.

  • Monitor and improve data integrity, data quality, and system utilization.

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI measurement tools.

  • Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, import, export, and integration activities.

  • Maintain and communicate system metrics that measure adoption, usage trends, and data quality.

User Support & Training
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Salesforce support for business users.

  • Develop and maintain training materials, user documentation, and support resources.

  • Lead Salesforce training sessions and end-user adoption initiatives.

  • Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert for platform capabilities and best practices.

  • Monitor user feedback and respond to end-user inquiries.

Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Support
  • Lead small-to-medium Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release communications, and change management activities.

  • Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies.

  • Support Salesforce development, implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions.

  • Assist with documentation and testing of business requirements, functional requirements, integrations, and system enhancements.

  • Support Salesforce-related initiatives including Single Sign-On (SSO), mobile solutions, legacy system integrations, and platform expansion activities.

  • Serve as a super user for the Labcorp Dx CRM platform and associated tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 11 years or more of Salesforce platform administration experience; or Associate degree with 9 years or more of Salesforce platform administration experience; or Bachelor's degree with 7 years or more of Salesforce platform administration experience; or Master's degree with 5 years or more of Salesforce platform administration experience.

  • 5 years or more of Salesforce platform administration experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple active Salesforce certifications.

  • Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM, and Salesforce Mobile.

  • Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, Copado, and DevOps methodologies.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, data migration, and data management activities.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
