Job description

The Ebuilder Project Management System Administrator (PMIS) will be the primary contact for a project or a group of projects to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. The PMIS Administrator will liaise with the PMIS Team Leadership, PMIS Admin Team and end users/key stakeholders to implement any required account level modifications which could include modifications of data fields, reports, dashboards and templates. This position will be responsible for managing system access and controls, engaging with senior level staff members to find solutions to problems, and training junior level staff members. Have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving/lateral thinking skills and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.Estimated salary range for this position is $69845.44 - $90799.07 / year depending on experience.Degrees:
  • Associates.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business or relate field.
  • Bachelor preferred or three (3) years or more experience using a PMIS or other capital or construction management software.
  • Knowledge of construction industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Document and present them to a large audience.
  • Excellent skills in using computer software including Microsoft Office.
Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
