Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain operations through forecasting, inventory management, customer collaboration, order execution, and supply chain analytics. This role serves as a critical liaison between internal teams and customer supply chain partners to ensure strong in-stock performance, order accuracy, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong supply chain fundamentals, advanced analytical capabilities, forecasting and replenishment experience, and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Forecasting & Inventory Management
  • Validate weekly inventory allocation and commit plans based on RTF and forecasted demand.
  • Analyze inventory levels, replenishment trends, and demand signals to support optimal in-stock performance.
  • Develop and maintain CPFR ladder files utilizing Retail Link and GSBN data.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate supply risks and inventory shortages.
  • Create weekly in-stock and inventory health reports and identify root causes impacting performance.

Order Management & Execution
  • Validate and confirm Walmart and Sam's Club purchase orders, including model accuracy, PO quantities, and requested delivery dates (RDDs).
  • Write and manage manual purchase orders in NOVA to support 100% shipment execution against customer commitments.
  • Feature execution, which includes order to delivery trail.
  • Partner with SCM, AP2, Logistics, and Sales teams to confirm order receipt, release status, and fulfillment timelines.
  • Manage order exceptions, including cancellations for unavailable inventory and customer communication regarding impacts.
  • Coordinate RDD extension requests with Walmart and Sam's Club logistics teams as needed.
  • Validate NERP iDocs for discrepancies and troubleshoot orders delayed within system workflows.

Customer Collaboration & Relationship Management
  • Lead CPFR meetings with Walmart and Sam's Club for assigned product categories.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer supply chain collaboration and operational alignment.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer replenishment and supply chain teams through regular communication and in-person engagement.
  • Communicate supply constraints, risks, and recovery plans clearly and professionally to both customers and internal leadership.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ownership of key KPI's that include: In-stock %, Fill Rate, Weeks of Supply, etc.
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, OTIF performance, and supply chain execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain, customer collaboration, logistics, forecasting, or replenishment functions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and retail replenishment processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and directly with customers.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam's Club supply chain operations.
  • Working knowledge of Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, Madrid, GSBN, SAP, and NERP systems.
  • Experience leading CPFR processes and customer collaboration initiatives.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience working in consumer electronics, retail, or high-volume supply chain environments.
