Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
The Supply Chain Analyst will develop and execute supply chain strategies, lead special cross-functional projects, manage inventory accuracy as part of MRP, decide and develop effective KPIs, direct suppliers to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Analyze inventory trends and identify root causes for discrepancies.
    • Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Independently direct supplier actions based on professional analysis of inventory risk, demand variability, and service requirements, including expediting, prioritization, and corrective measures to achieve supply chain objectives.
    • Track supplier performance and create vendor scorecard reporting as part of supplier quality grading.
    • Onboard new suppliers and lead maintaining supplier records.
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that expedite and clarify workflows
  • Metrics, Data Analysis & KPIs:
    • Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from SAP and other internal systems.
    • Design, govern, and continuously refine supply chain KPIs and analytical frameworks, independently interpreting complex data sets and determining performance implications and corrective actions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and direct suppliers in needed outcomes.
    • Present weekly and monthly to leadership dashboards Special Projects:
    • Serve as the analytical lead on cross-functional initiatives, determining project scope, analytical approach, success metrics, and final recommendations that materially impact supply chain performance
    • Own continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Operations, or 4+ years of supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIF, charts); familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems preferred, but training will be provided.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
  • Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment.
  • Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
  • Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.
