Job Summary:
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Specialist I to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for candidates and associates while supporting recruiting efforts and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in representing Peoplelink as a best-in-class staffing partner in the markets we serve.
Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately document and maintain client job orders in the operating system
  • Conduct applicant interviews, extend contingent job offers, and complete onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate and manage drug screens, background checks, and E-Verify compliance
  • Facilitate company and client orientations for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files (electronic and physical)
  • Document all candidate and associate interactions in the system
  • Assist with employee separations, including exit interviews and feedback collection
  • Support mass employee communications and applicant testing as needed
  • Verify prior employment and references when required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
