Summary of Responsibilities:
Caring Hands United is actively recruiting a Bilingual Spanish Staffing Coordinator to work in our staffing department located in Tucker, GA. The successful applicant needs good communication skills and organizational skills. Will review department staffing records, communicate with the Program Director and her designees, to discuss staffing variances and make staffing recommendations. Maintains records and logs of agency and nursing personnel. Also, we offer excellent medical benefits, vacation and sick time.
Qualifications:
Education/Certificates/Licenses/Knowledge
  • Previous staffing experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Graduate from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Supervisory experience will be considered
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills, and computer proficiency
  • Critical thinking skills necessary to gather and interpret routine data
  • Recognize and respond to changing staffing conditions
  • Identify and recommend solutions to staffing problems, maintain records, prepare reports and organize schedules
  • A successful candidate will possess general knowledge of administrative office practices, have great organizational skills, and be able to prioritize assignments and work independently
  • S/He will have the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions as well as the ability to demonstrate maturity at all times and promote good relations with internal and external clients
