  • Development & Design
    • Actively participate in development scrum meetings and design sessions.
    • Provide consultation and guidance on software design and architecture.
    • Standardise coding best practices and ensure compliance across teams.
  • Infrastructure & Operations
    • Facilitate software infrastructure requests and support operational needs.
    • Provide technical troubleshooting for systems not supported by development or support teams.
    • Maintain and rotate system secrets in line with corporate security policies.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead offshore resources to establish and follow software standards and guidelines.
    • Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
    • Collaborate with business partners to provide operational support and consultation.
  • Innovation & Automation
    • Invest in automation for QA, processes, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive innovation initiatives with a Gen AI-first mindset.
