SUMMARY
The Senior Software Developer designs, builds, and supports Kele's business and e-commerce platforms using .NET Core and Angular. This is not a heads-down coding role: the person in this seat partners with stakeholders to shape requirements, challenges assumptions, and proposes sound technical alternatives. The role works across a modern, integration-heavy environment connecting e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and data systems, and is expected to use approved AI-assisted development tools to work faster and better.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and shape high-quality technical requirements before development begins.
  • Design, develop, implement, and support kele.com and internal business platforms using Angular, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Own code, tests, debugging, documentation, and ongoing maintenance for customer-facing and internal applications.
  • Build and maintain API integrations connecting core business systems, including ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
  • Use approved AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, and delivery speed.
  • Ensure system architecture integrates cleanly with marketing platforms, ERP, WMS, CRM, and content management systems.
  • Evaluate design feasibility, optimize code for performance, and design for scalability.
  • Mentor other developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core) and Angular (v10+) in full-stack applications.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS, SQL Server / Transact-SQL, and Git-based workflows.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through delivery - from requirements gathering through launch.

Kele Companies offers all full-time associates the following benefits and perks:
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • HSA
  • FSA (medical and dependent care)
  • 401(k) with employer match up to 4% with immediate vesting
  • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage
