We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services Associate to support daily operations within a prestigious law firm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality support across mail, print, and hospitality services.
  • Job Title: Office Services Associate
  • Location: Houston TX 77002
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day print and copy services, including high-volume printing, scanning, binding, and document finishing
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide hospitality support, including setting up meeting rooms and ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and client-ready
  • Maintain pantry and kitchen areas, including stocking supplies and light upkeep
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to attorneys, staff, and guests

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office services, mailroom, print production, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

The Compensation range for this role is 21.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 2ears of experience in porter services, hospitality support, facilities maintenance, corporate services, or related operational roles.
Technical Skills: Experience performing light maintenance, facility support, inventory management, and workplace setup activities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Emotional intelligence is a plus!
