The Salesforce Developer III performs hands‑on technical implementation with a focus on delivering functional and scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. The role participates in the design, development, testing, deployment, integration, documentation, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The position works closely with architects, administrators, business analysts, QA resources, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and maintainable solutions leveraging modern Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, DevOps, and AI capabilities.

Role qualifications
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2. 3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
  • 3. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations preferred.
  • 4. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and deployment management.
  • 5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • 6. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities and development best practices.

What you will be doing
  • 1. Serve as a technical resource for Salesforce projects including solution design, configuration, development, integration, customization, deployment, and support.
  • 2. Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • 3. Develop and support integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and middleware platforms.
  • 4. Apply SDLC best practices including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
  • 5. Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical solution discussions.
  • 6. Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, DevOps Center, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
  • 7. Support release planning, deployment validation, rollback planning, and post-release monitoring.
  • 8. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide root cause analysis for defects and production incidents.
  • 9. Support Salesforce security configuration including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, and Permission Set Groups.
  • 10. Evaluate and support Salesforce AI technologies including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Copilot capabilities.
  • 11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, PII, SOX, and enterprise security requirements.
