Job Title: Sales Representative
Department: LA Branch
Reports To: General Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Salaried Exempt
Location: Chino, CA 91710
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our LA branch team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling company products within your assigned territory while building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through order fulfillment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to achieving branch sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and overall branch revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Track customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms in alignment with company guidelines
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1-3+ years of experience in sales and customer service roles
  • Associate’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Mandarin fluency in both written and verbal communications is preferred
  • Proven successful track record in Business Development, B2B, B2C, Account Executive, or Inside/Outside Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems as well as ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the forklift/material handling or heavy equipment industries is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong familiarity in social media platforms
