Outside Truck Parts Sales Representative Job Summary
Bentley Truck Services is on a mission to become the region's top choice for medium-duty truck parts-and we're looking for driven professionals who want to grow with us. Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Territory: Serve as the primary representative within an assigned territory, conducting regular in-person visits to fleet operators, repair shops, and municipal clients to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Develop Product Expertise: Participate in company-provided training to develop a strong understanding of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck parts, enabling you to confidently recommend solutions that meet customer needs. You'll become the "go-to" person for customers who need to keep their trucks on the road.
  • Generate and Maintain Business: Proactively identify new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to foster long-term customer relationships and sustained revenue growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts or mechanical systems preferred (training provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated professional and a willingness to learn the commercial truck industry.
