What you will do:

Revenue & Sales Operations Support

  • Support Revenue Operations and Sales Operations leaders by analyzing sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, KPIs, and operational dashboards, translating insights into clear actions that support field execution of key priorities.
  • Support sales leaders with sales planning, territory alignment, and quota attainment initiatives by organizing inputs, tracking progress, and translating priorities into clear execution plans.
  • Prepare leadership-ready materials, presentations, and business updates that clearly communicate progress, insights, and next steps.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Provide project coordination support across Rev Ops and Sales Ops initiatives, including timelines, action items, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to support timely execution and clear follow-through across concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Customer Success, and Operations teams to translate messaging, update sales-ready assets, and support field rollouts.
  • Assist with change management communications, process documentation, and rollout coordination for new tools, systems, and operational processes.
  • Support multiple concurrent initiatives that contribute to revenue growth across the sales organization by coordinating with targeted groups of sellers and sales leaders to drive execution, visibility, and follow-through.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Track enablement program participation, adoption, and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks
  • Help identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across sales operations processes.
  • Assist with sales system rollouts, process updates, and operational enhancements
What you will bring:

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Consulting, or a related analytical role
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in fast-paced or evolving business environments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution discipline
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables
